Awesome! Thank you very much for the help! FYI: I put 2012 Ford factory SHO wheels (powedercoated black) on my 2019 SHO PP (which I'm guessing is the same ID as the 2019 factory wheels). Is there another dimension spec'd for the spacers? I just searched NAPA for "caliper spacers" and one set comes up: "NAPA Caliper Spacer Kit Part #: NCP 2643031 (no dimensions given).

Wait—do I need spacers for the calipers or the wheels? Thanks!!!

Oh, duh! Thanks again! OT: I just got an engine-check light for the air-intake sensor. Have you upgraded your air-intake sensor or anything related? My SHO has (since I got it at 15K) this weird stop-start behavior on initial acceleration (i.e., on slow acceleration, the acceleration is very "jerky"; WOT is fine), which I assume is related. I'm bound for a custom tune anyway (everything is still stock). Anyway, thanks for the help on the wheel-spacers—it'll be nice to finally see these gorgeous brakes on the vehicle!

Yeah you can have drivability problems if the map sensors aren't working properly.

Some more progress. I’m not as far along as I’d like but I’m happy to be in the final phase nonetheless. Took a week off from work and wrenching and went to Block Island, Rhode Island…and I’m happy to be in high demand for Sheetrock but sometimes that leaves little time/energy for garage time. It would be nice if this was done before and there were some kits to buy and directions to follow. Deciding on what to do and how to do it is all freestyle …

The fuel cell isn’t done, but the 6061 sheet panel is cut to size and installed with cleco pinsIMG 1824IMG 1825
I’ve got stainless steel hardware to replace the cleco pins, so each hole will need to be drilled larger and once I’m happy with that, I can paint the panel. I picked up a lot of aluminum strips to make brackets and I’ll make at least one strap to go over the fuel cell to keep it secure. I believe I did not get a vent fitting for my top plate….(always fun to be out of your comfort zone and then find things that are missing or wrong). So far with the fuel cell install, I was sent a fuel level sending unit that was not coated for E85, and the top plate was wrong, although shipped in the right box and labeled correctly. Now I’ve got the sending unit coated, and the correct top plate. Just need a vent (along with ordering PTFE hose and fittings). I anticipated being nickeled and dimed to death to finish this …LOL!

I decided on a place for my ProMeth methonal tank and made a small metal bracket, I’ll paint the bracket laterIMG 1877IMG 1878IMG 1879
I bought a visual fuel level I need to install on the tank and also the low level sensor and fittings/hoses but I’m taking full advantage of the extra space in the engine bay.

I rotated the center housing of each turbo for a more vertical oil inlet and oil outlet. I decided on and finalized the oil return hose locations the best I could, keeping in mind gravity, keeping the lines as low as possible, and avoiding the exhaustIMG 1845IMG 1846IMG 1848
It wasn’t my first choice but I learned I could run my front turbo oil return through the brackets of the chassis splitter and it doesn’t interfere at all with putting the splitter on or off. Everything near the exhaust is getting wrap around thermal protection (one more product to buy). Also will be wrapping the exhaust.

Decided on a place for the scavenger pump and then ran lines to it with the 100 micron filter, also doubling as a check valve I believe so upon shut off, oil doesn’t drain back into the sump tank. The oil scavenger pump company recommended I plug the vent to the oil sump to equalize flow since one hose is longer than the other. I’ll try that first and if it seems to have any issues I’ll just unplug the ventIMG 1862IMG 1863IMG 1865IMG 1864

Then did the oil feedIMG 1867IMG 1866IMG 1868IMG 1875

Trans cooler lines doneIMG 1871IMG 1872IMG 1873IMG 1869IMG 1874

Waiting on new OEM rear turbo oil drain line to remake my return fitting to the block as it got damaged when installing the motor (hit something and bent). Once that’s done I can finish all lines for oil drain. Then install the meth pump. Then order a bunch of lines for meth and fuel cell. But I did finally get my XDI60 HPFP back from Xtreme-DI. They installed a 0 degree fuel inlet fitting for me for free (only had to wait 13 weeks). lol

New rear turbo oil drain converted to AN. Was able to figure something out with a leftover 180 degree -10 fitting …comes out of the block towards the exhaust manifold and back around the side IMG 1891

IMG 1900IMG 1902

And doneIMG 1908IMG 1904

Lines are completely done, most connections are left loose bc I’m going to remove them to add the wrap around thermal protection. Made a bracket and decided on where to mount my Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator. Needs a brace and paint and done. XDI60 installedIMG 1883IMG 1888IMG 1889IMG 1887

Connecting dots is easier than deciding on mounting, that’s for sure.

Just to change the air filter - you need to disassemble the entire upper half of the engine?
