Ironic that this just came up, as another member just posted in a separate thread, about removing A-Pillar trim.
I'll post here, the same link I posted to the other thread, and hope the pics and what not will be of some help to you.
From what I recall, there are 2 or 3 plastic guide pins that protrude from the rear of the pillar itself. Those pins push into the receiver clips housed on the pillar of the vehicle.
I remember starting from the top with a plastic panel removal tool, and shoved the tool behind it, and pulled / yanked / popped it out from the receiver clips. Then keep moving downward towards the dash.
Really, once you get the top one started, the others come off fairly easily. Not a whole lot of loom left for the tweeter, so be cognizant of that. Which is fine, just disengage the harness/clip to the speaker itself. Good luck.
