Ok, here's a little update to my sub and amp install. I finished up the amp "rack." It's holding an Audio Control LC2I Pro and a Skar 1200 Watt amp. It came out pretty nice considering this was the 1st time I've done something like this.

I used rivnuts on the back seat frame to give me something to bolt the amp rack to and have everything almost ready to fire up, I still need to run the bass **** up the the drivers area and decide where I want to mount it.D9d5a6780c3ea3e68e12b380206639dc2ff7cb2116137dc68446575fc96f69d7117832abcaae0c009a6683c132cd79b5

Well, my apologies @kryptto I apparently always had that backwards about the sho. I thought the pp had the potential for the higher top speed, but I stand corrected. However, I'll have to correct you as well. This isn't a 1/4 mile race. It's a 1/3 of a mile and starting from a roll. So I still feel pretty certain that some could potentially top 130 mph with that in mind.

2.77 rear is faster than a 3.16 rear. 2.77 will be at a lower rpm at a theoretical 200mph vs the 3.16 rear. And will be faster in mph when 6th is at redline

Our rear just happens to be in the transmission and the rear

Top speed and mph would be a good sacrifice if there was an even more aggressive ratio available. For example if the car topped out at 148mph in the 1/4 but accelerated much much faster who would care? But 3.16 isn’t aggressive enough to yield the results we would want. I’d sacrifice mpg and trap speed in a heartbeat if we could swap in a 3.55 or 3.77. Coupled with a lightweight driveshaft it would be a nice upgrade for acceleration. 2 things normally easily available and accessible for other platforms….one off expensive parts for our dead and forgotten platform. Rant over

Even trying to get headway for what might for most manufacturers - better transmission parts like the saga over performance clutches. That UK shop has parts for almost every other Ford.... except 6F35/6F50/6F55

Soon to be 6F55 and I guess the 6F50 by default if the clutches are cross compatible

When you mentioned the company in the UK I assumed you were referring to Helix AutoSport. Have you not seen that thread? https://shoforum.com/threads/helix-autosport-uk-stepping-up-to-manufacture-upgraded-clutches.145062/
Actually I was referring to it via my drunken posting... I have no idea what happened there. I am gonna jump to that post, do I assume, since I haven't followed it in a bit, there is good news from Helix? I will read it.

Any idea what kind of HP/torque increase this provides? And would this fit a 2019 SHO PP?

Fair warning, I have tried multiple ways to reach out to CR Performance directly with no response. That price is also the no-core price. If you go through CR Performance and send your cores in, it is $1750. There is also a post on here about their CHRA cores leaking oil after 6 months. Based on the weak reviews, the recent review with leaks, and the lack of response, I have switched over to TurboBay. Much better experience so far.

Oil and filter change. Sent it off to Blackstone, they said that for almost 200k, it's showing minimal wear. All original still.
She also ate another battery. 4 years and it was toast. Same Motorcraft battery cost 100 bucks more than 4 years ago. But it's amazing how much better these boats run with a new battery.

Took the SHO to the strip tonight. Wanted to get a base line and be able to see visible gains to modding on the future. Well it was my 1st time at the strip so my reaction time is a bit laughable, especially as I was trying to figure out how best to launch the SHO. Anyways here are the results, as far as I know my car is bone stock so I was actually pretty impressed, especially after beating the brakes off an older AMG lol
