Likely the police version is for curb hopping ability. Don't want the engine braking loose when you're banging into bumps.
Never knew, I owned a SEL, still have my interceptor with my SHO. Course all that extra rubber on the interceptors really help, I'm scared hitting a pothole with the 20" rims, been there and broke a rim in 2.

Finally have time this weekend, so I’ll be installing my whiteline sway bar today. All the posts that come up on both forums say they’re running theirs on the first hole, or “lowest” setting. I know that is an improvement over stock, but what about the “higher” setting? Anyone use, or have used it? Based on most running the first hole, I’m inclined to think the higher setting is a bit too “serious” for practical use (not on a track). Just curious what the consensus is before I install

I tried both but I run in the stiffer setting. It gives a more rear wheel drive feeling to cornering.
A word of caution though. The stiffer the sway bar. the less independent the wheels are from each other. It tends to stiffen things up when going over one side bumps. So it can sort of feel odd when both rear wheels go over a bump compared to one at a time. If you catch my drift.
I also have tuned a little bit, with this sway bar setting. Stock MKS EcoBoost front Springs and stiffer SHO rear springs to reduce understeer and weight transfer to the outside front wheel. Plus SHO shocks.
MKS and SHO use different shock tuning in bound and rebound balance.

He is right why Ford moved away from the stiffer sway bars in the 2013 plus models to give more feedback to drivers. There is a big difference in cornering with interpreter compared to my 2018 SHO.

Winter is coming, Winter is coming !

With that said, extra power is not needed (and dangerous to use) so last night I removed the 93 octane tune and loaded the 87 one... sad :(

Same for me. I'm in the Quinte region of Ontario. What part of Ontario are you in?
