This started last weekend with 2015 PP with 73,000 miles. The climate control shut off and the about 20 seconds later it came back on. When it came back on the controls for on/off, temp, and fan did not do anything.
I switched to climate on the screen and was able to shut it off. The a few seconds later it came back on by itself.
Has anyone run into this issue before and if you have, what was the fix. Thanks

Not personally. I would check your battery though. Odd things happen on these cars when the battery is going out.

100% correct. These car a very harsh on batteries. Once the battery starts to go, systems start getting funky. I have experienced it first hand.

Mine just started doing that recently and after doing some research it’s pointing to the touch capacitor. I’ve been debating on picking up a new panel just to fix this issue. Reminds me of the 1st batch of PS4’s that would randomly eject because the touch portion would intermittently make contact.

Alot of possibilities and I don't trust Ford and advanced electronics... Or GenIII SHO cam shafts and Voodoo motors

I have seen quite a few problems with dead cylinders on Voodoo motors....

A ton. They run great until the piston goes out and damages the wall. Those are the 'special' hand built ones. At least their stock is doing well at under $6/share today.

I had my head-unit controls replaced under warranty when the capacitive-touch went nuts.

Here's what mine was like:

Mine does it, not because of the battery though. My power button for the AC is messed up. When sunlight hits it, it will turn the AC on or off.

next time this happens, see if the passenger power window works from the master window switch, or if the key fob will lock/unlock the doors.

You could have a power, ground, network or module fault. If the master window switch doesn't operate the passenger window, there may be a network fault.

I'll check it out. Thanks

Same thing used to happen with 4th Gen Camaro. There was a bad solder joint on the BCM. Something so stupid, but had a mess of things.
