What's up fellow S.H.O bosses! Today I'm getting my oil change to full synthetic purple stuff and tire rotation. One thing that they offered me here at Quick Lane was a emissions cleaning. It's 109 and what it includes is cleaning of the gas tank and fuel lines taking away all the carbon deposits that it may have accumulated. Is that safe for the ecoboost??? Have you guys done something along those lines for your SHO's?? Thanks

Sounds Hinky to me, do they understand it does not spray on back of the valves where the carbon is building up if it is. it might clean the tank and lines but I suspect it wont do anything for the carbon on the valves.

That red "lip" on your front fascia is pretty slick.

Dropped by Livernois Motorsports today to pick up a tuner. It's like a new car, lots of fun.

Matt was kind enough to give me a tour, really impressive facility. Some pretty impressive hardware in the building as well.

That might be a summer body shop project, I'd like all the plastic painted. If I go gloss black I can shoot it but I don't have the nuts to try to match the red metallic. I was thinking possibly black with a black door stripe. I had a really good rendering program at one time, if I can find it I could get an idea what each color looks like.

Yes think the other side of lot too crowded with poles why I haven't tried that but this is also my favorite spot for day time sliding.
We use to have a nice ice track you can slide at 60mph but it was meant for the bikes with studes and hated when we got snow on the track and compacted it hindered their traction but makes car traction a lot better. Also found ice finally becomes sticky around -40 but -50 has been the best if there is no snow on the track. As long as you have winter tires that are still soft then.

LOVE THESE TIRES!!! Got about 30k on them in the last year, still have meat on them. A little "growly" but they handle great.
