So what did you do to your SHO today!?

Hi everyone,
Just got my first SHO a couple months ago and I'm loving the **** out of it. I never realized how fun a Taurus could be. I Haven't done a lot to it yet but I want to continually upgrade it. So far just 20% tint all around and I put some winter wheels and tires on it. Verde AX 19x8.5 black.

I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask this question, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Drive Bright DRLs (http://drivebright.com/home/shop/fo...standard-black-with-built-in-led-turn-signal/). Do they seem like a quality product? Any issues for anyone that's had them installed for a longer period of time? Also wondering if there would be any factory warranty issues with installing these. Any experiences would be helpful or a direct to an existing thread about them as I haven't been able to find one.

^^^+1 on the Drive Bright DRLs. My initial set hyper flashed the turn signal anytime the voltage was above say 13.5v. Called Drive Bright about the problem and they had a new module at my house 2 days later with no ******** and no questions asked (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE). I haven't had any issues with the new module and they look great. You get the auto dimming of the DRL function by tying a trigger wire to your headlight circuit if you want (you have a choice to hook up for auto dim operation and for turn signal operation depending on how you want them to work). I went a different route and put a hidden easy accessible micro switch on the auto dim trigger wire so I can choose if I want to run them at full or reduced intensity with the headlamps turned on by just toggling the switch.

Quick question, doesn't anyone know what size hose clamps I need for the BOV hoses? I'm trying to reset everything to stock before I take my car in to the dealer. Lost my hose clamps somehow...

Looks like 1 3/8 inch.... that's with it uncompressed.. when you compress the tabs it expands to about 1 5/8 inch...

Any clamp will do. It's just holding on the hoses... you could get away with a black zip tie..

Yeah got some clamps from autozone. Replaced engine air filter and cabin air filter. Got "the works" done at the dealer with full synthetic oil. 60$.

Not bad... costs almost that much just for the oil and filter.

Yeah, I was happy with it! And it comes with tire rotation, so why not! They didn't put a new sticker on the window tho, how many miles can I do before I need to change the oil again?

Got the powerstop brakes and rotors put on and broke in. No noise so far. Also resprayed my grill. Full day

If you are tuned, I would recommend every 3K as dictated by severe duty maintenance I believe... It's how often I change mine, although, I only put MAYBE 3K a year on mine..
