First I've heard of E85 intakes being cleaner due to the running of E85. You're over-stressing about this.

yamahaSHO do you think the ID1000 are enough or should I step it up to the id2000? Or is there another injector on the market I should be looking at?

ID1000's should be plenty big enough. If the system backing it is good, bump the pressure and these things perform VERY well.

I just want to verify again before I order these. but Order them for a mustang 4.6 quantity 6 and pop the caps off and they will fit the SHO with a stock fuel rail?

You ever figure out what ID1000 injector fits? I may be in the market as my 48 lbs/hr injectors aren't big enough after 7,000 RPM currently and I'm looking to add more power.

I am still trying to make sure this is 100% correct fitment for my setup (bored rails), but here is what I got back from Tony Palo for ID1000 fitment.

"Perfect, what you need is 60mm length, 11mm top oring, and denso lower cushion. All in stock. 1000.60.14.D is the part number. $120/each"

Further clarification:

- If you want them to fit the modified rails, the part number will be 1000.60.14.D

- Mistake below, for OEM rails is 1000.60.11.D

Looks like I will be giving these a try in a week or so. I'll report back once I get them. If these fit, there really is no better injector to get when going this big (95 lbs/hr).
