SHO Shop built tranny plus Quaife!

Ive got a MTX transmission from my '92 SHO I belive the Tranny was bulit by SHO shop. It has around 50k on tranny and Quaife Looking to get $1300 plus shipping. Thanks!

Quaife is one of the best mods for the SHO. The way the car handles is transformed and behaves more like a RWD car.

Not a bad deal IMHO.

cost me 200 bucks at a local shop for the quafie install. it was not a rebuild though. I handed them the trans, quafie and shims and said I want this in here then put the tranny on their desk. A couple hours later it was a done deal. I still paid 1400 for the quafie so yes this is a good deal.

I would keep checking junkyards. You may get lucky and get a quaife equipped tranny for $83.

Hay jed head good point i never thought of that&im in the junk yard two days a weak hmmm how do you tell if its got a quaife without taking it out the car its easy on a rwd but never tyed with a fwd????

pop out one of the axles and look

If you look into the tranny you won't see the diff pins if a Quaife is installed.
