Loose the C&L and go back to stock.
The PRO-M maf is a nice bolt on no tuning maf,I had good results with mine.

yep i am in quesnel b.c. and it is pretty cool out, i will try the connector tightness, but other than that i am really thinking stock is the way to go for now.

Yeah, go back to stock if you want (that will eliminate one variable), but keep in mind that if the problem is with the connector or the wiring harness, that won't help your CEL.

yep i will definitley remember to go over the wiring and connectors as i get it ready for spring. just another variable as well i guess.
