wont start!!!

my 92 wont start........ive tried a new battery and it will crank and the starter works but it wont actually turn over....could it be the crank sensor??.....i have spark so i dont think it has anythin to do with the coil pack or ignition module....i do know that the water pump did leak at one time cuz someone attempted to fix it with some rtv.....please help me out if you can....miss my sho

You sure it has spark? If you do it's most likely fuel related.

Your fuel pump priming? What about fuel pressure?

have fuel

the fuel pump primes and has fuel presure.....it just wont start...
