Are you sure that you are doing the procedure correctly? Check the Midwest SHO page to see exactly where to install the jumper.

Are you experiencing anything weird with the car? Is it acting up sometimes or is it just that you can't read the codes? My brother owns a SHO and the car was acting really weird and it couldn't run the codes. We found out that a couple of wires going to the computer were bad. Took us 15 hours to diagnose it but now she runs great and spits out codes.

That's right. If you are correctly using a jumper you should at least get an 'all clear' code. If you are doing it correctly and no codes at all appear there is a problem in the wiring or the pcm.

yep, i hooked up the jumper the right way, and nothing...
The car is dead, it wont run at all, cranks over, lights in dash, radio,ac and all that light up, but no fuel pump buzz, the cooling fans don't come on,no power to the coil pack when key is on and no spark, no fuses are blown, i tried 3 different fuel pump relay black boxes, the pump and cooling fans do work if you short them out,
got me beat!!!
