I recently had a new clutch put in and after I got it back the horn was really quite, and the whole air conditioning unit would shut off and turn right back on. I just had the whole ignition control unit replaced. Now that we had these repairs I notice the air condition will shut off real quick then come right back on still. When this happens the car also studers and jumps. Did they screw something up while replacing the clutch? Any help or thoughts is appreciated.

The horn thing sounds like a bad ground. Run a ground wire directly and see if it regains its old strength. If it does, start looking for ground wires that are disconnected or not tight. Everything else will come alive when you find it.
