Wiring harness when pulling the engine

When pulling the engine did you disconnect the wiring harness from the computer or disconnect it from each connection?

I'm in the process of pulling the engine from the top and just wanted some opinions on what will be easiest.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I always disconnect from each connection.

When I pulled my ATX motor/tranny combo out of the top I kept the engine bay wiring harness connected to the computer. That main harness connects to the engine wiring harness by 3-4 main connections. Just undo those...and make sure the main harness is out of the way and pull the motor out.
