Wiper Motor

My '95 ATX SHO wiper motor does not park in the proper position. I cleaned the wiper switch to no avail. I was reading on a car parts website, and they said that it's the windlatch assembly that attaches to the motor which causes this problem. Anyone experience this. Thanks for helping.

IF it parks straight up and down, or anything other than the bottom where it should be, it is probably in need of a motor.. I have one BTW, email me at [email protected] if you need one. Its a Napa remanufactured one which was on the car for a few months, then the car was totaled.
