Everyone has them - when money allows of course.

Last winter was a tranny after almost blowing it on the dyno last year. Can't wait to get back on those rollers .....

This "pre" winter I replaced the rearend to the newer 02 style (wider) with stock gears (3:27's) - B-day gift to me is getting 3:73's back in there in January. Right now the car feels slow as ****.

And "the" winter project for me this year after the gears installed is going forced induction and stepping into the dark side. I might install it sooner depending if I really want to see it sitting under my Christmas Tree.

Its a roots style M112 and all I'm looking for right now is the whine. I'm only going to be running around 6 lbs of boost but I do have plans for the smaller pulley, bigger injectors, and MAF - course tuning will be needed at that point. That should get me at least 8-10 lbs but I'm not looking to go crazy. The kit I'm getting now has a "temp" autologic chip that will get me by for the time being till I could get a proper tune.

So - what's everyone have in mind for their projects if any?

12.5 high compression pistons and Coils on plugs. And maybe the GEN3 subframe.

I think thats enough for one winter.

SHO Lotus Super 7. We started it a few months ago but it's been sitting while we do a few other little projects like the RWD swap.

But really, since I have no heat I'll probably be doing house stuff.
1) Cleaning the entire house well, especially the kitchen.
2) Adding additional attic wiring for more lites and outlets.
3) Finishing organizing said attic stuff into neat plastic tubs.
4) Getting my dvd-rw recordings to dvd's so I may share with friends.
5) Selling or give away a whole lotta stuff.
Anyone wanna help?

Let it get covered in snow.

Install chrome lowers and mid-glide triple trees on the bike. 4" pullback risers and SS lines.

If the Silicone Hoses ever get here for the SHO, I may do that.

Freshen the seals on a 50 K mile 3.2, add some cams, drop in (I hope . . . ).

More likely I will take the heads off, sink way too much money on oversized valves and 5 angle seats, extrude hone the intake ports, and then not have enough cash to button it back up . . . .

Dropping the current subframe/driveline, painting and tidying up the engine bay, G3 subframe swap, new clutch assy, lightened flywheel, either a quaife or wavetrac, and possibly a re-ring on the current 3.2 if I can't figger out why it's blowing smoke. If there's time and money after that, I'd also like to do a different exhaust.
