IE: there really isn't an outer rim to their parking lot but if its open we should plan to park on the South side "right side of front entrance" facing Motel with the water park right off Hemlock facing 94.

So how will we know who is who there, since some of us have never met any of you. Sho'noffmtx should wear a big green wig so we know where to go :rofl:ROFL! Like the color of ty91sho's wheels used to look like.

Look for a large group of SHO's parked next to a blue WRX, that will be us.:naughty:

Me and my brother are going, we'll have a sho for sure and be there 20 min early. South side of the lot works for me but somehow i think well get it figured out

I'm usually pretty early to everything so thats why I asked, didn't think there would be too many people driving SHO's weather and all. I wish it was spring so I could take mine it's so lonely in the garage.

I believe the south side of the building is the back side of the building. We might want to agree on a different spot.

I did not say park on the back side of the building, If your standing in front Of D&B's and look right there is a strip of parking spots (On the south Side) to your right running along the One Way entrance from Hemlock & 94. And the back side of the building is running along the one way entrance. The rest of the parking lots are combined with PF Changs a Bank on the corner of 1 way entrance and Cost Co so if you want to stay out of door ding central try and stay near the bank and D&B's on the south west side. That whole area is screwed up.

i actually might make this one depending on work.

have some 3G and mobile internet regression and IRRAT cell phone testing to do in MSP, hudson wi, st. cloud and down the 61(highway from cities thru redwing, lake city, and wabasha,) and then Rochester/byron/stewartville, and back up 52.

might be there on the 9th, till the 16th or the 23rd if i end up having to stay for any roll back(screw ups and epic fail) or added nodes. if i make it, look for the taurus, fusion or 300 rental car from budget

i'll be making all of em after may. the move up there approaches. just got a letter from my apt complex this morning stating i have to give them 60 days notice the end of this month of my intentions when the lease is up.

rent is going from 850 to 1020 for april and hopefully they'll pro-rate may for me since i only want to stay half the month. if they wanna be douche bags i'll renew the lease for 18 months and then cancel it for free when i claim my job requires me to relocate in may.

its actually a fairly typical practice for property managers (land lords) to do. they feel more secure with a 12month lease because they can plan on having 810 (closer to 880 with taxes and the cat and water/garbage) every month for a year, but then when its month to month that assurance of a years worth of rent isn't there and they rape you because your needs for a place only for a month, outweigh their need to find someone for 12 months.

they just gotta make sure they come out ahead i guess.

if i had it my way we'd be up there already, but my wife has never seen a MN winter especially a northern MN winter and i dont want to throw her into it from AZ weather. so we're waiting till spring, but then her brother and his fiance decided to have their wedding in april instead of march, which means we gotta stay another month past the lease. and they wont nail down a date until february so i gotta plan on being here at least until may 10th, 3 days of driving up there, and hopefully moving into a house in duluth/superior area by the 15th of may, or june first.

lol, everything we're bringing is gonna fit in the long bed of a 96 F250, and inside my SHO on a trailer. we're buying all new furniture when we get there and ditching the old stuff we have here.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Although im pretty stoked to think there will be a low mile, lightly modded 1st gen in the neighborhood! :sun:

People always seem to migrate between arizona and duluth. Two extremes.

yeah, i've wanted to live in duluth/superior since i was a kid and we moved to rochester, MN. as soon as i got my provisional license instead of a rural/farm permit and could drive up there i went by myself all the time. its a long story why i ended up in AZ.

I really miss the small town feel even the big cities in mn have, all 4 seasons, snow, plus the wife has been in PHX all her life and really REALLY wants out and i will not move anywhere on the west coast she wants to move to seattle wa. area and i said nope. so we compromised with duluth. i get to go back to mn, she gets hilly, pine trees and shoreline with cold and decent colleges, close to my family and not to mention fon du luth casino, grand casino in hinkley, mistake lake, TI, and various other casinos within 200mi of home (i'm addicted to blackjack ;))

and you forgot to mention Rust Free lightly modded green first gen

by this time next year, hopefully moderately modded if i get all my ducks in a row.

Ive wanted to move to Duluth for quite a while now as well. I was looking at houses for sale up there a couple of weeks ago. you can get a pretty nice house for around 100k-150k. I also found quite a few for less, but they need work.

If you ever make it out to TI to hit the tables, let me know. Mabey ill see you there.
