windows dont go up!?

Hey -

Tuesday afternoon I rolled my windows down ... all 4 of them. But today Thursday its raining outside and my windows won't go up!!! I checked the fuses and none of them are blown. Now another thing is that my power locks are not working either i noticed. How do I tell if a Relay is blown? Thanks

both systems receive power thru power lock fuse located in the engine compartment. my manual shows it as #4 fuse. this is the only place I could find where they share a fuse. 30A fuse by the way.

Had same problem once on my car the other time on my dads car. All I did was to clean the connection of the buttons. They end up with dust and with a little bit of water they loose contact.

went out and looked at my 98 fuse panel [under hood] #4 is actually a circuit breaker on my SHO. you can probably check with a good test light.
