window stuck open

My back passenger side window won't close. pretty sure it's the motor. Just want to know if the motor is the part that has to be drilled out for removal. Also, when removing valve covers do you have to replace the gaskets or can i safely reuse them.

I didn't have to do any drilling when I changed the motor on my '94. Just three bolts.
