Good news!

Today I visited Sergio and he put my Wilwood Billet Superlite 6 piston calipers on my Opal SHO. They cleared the SSR's by 1/4 of an inch. Whew! For those of you that didn't know, the BSL6 will not work with the Centerline RPM's.

I've posted more pictures on my picturetrail account.

Nice brakes. Nice wheel sets as well. I'm guessing the TD's won't fit the SL6's either?

Hey Jason, what if your RPMs are 7.5" wide at 42mm offset. Your answer will be making a decision for me here. I'd like 6's but I may "settle" for my 4s. cry

I don't honestly know if they will accomodate the BSL6 calipers. I was told by Centerline that the 17x7's are 42mm when in reality they are really 40mm. Mine missed it, as Max Smart used to say,"By that much". The SSR's have room to spare and they are 42mm. That caliper is wide, did I say wide, I meant to say WIDE.

If you have your heart set on the RPM's I would make sure that the rims truly are 42mm and make a template. I bought the Centerline's thinking that the 6's would fit, when they didn't I was sorely dissapointed.

Whatever you do, post some pictures. I would like to see them.
