Will not start?

I Have A 92 Sho That Will Not Start After I Drive It For Half Hour And Shut It Off. The Engine Temp Is At The Half Way Mark On The Gauge When It Has Trouble. If It Is Cool Out Or Has Not Run For More Than Few Hours, It Starts Fine. The Engine Will Turn Over But Will Not Fire Unless I Put The Gas Petal To The Floor. Help Please, This Is Driving Me Mad. Thanks Shane
