I found a hard button EATC froma Crown Vic. I like the style of the larger buttons. Will this work in my 94 SHO.

The Ford P/N is: 1W7Z-19980-AA.
Here is a pic as well...

Your pic doesn't work. There have been succesfull EATC transplants. The key to a plug and play unit is that the sticker with a color name printed on it such as BLACK etc must be the same as the one being replaced.

The answer is no. It is long established that the only ones that work right are from Taurii or 1994 Lincoln Continental (and the Lincoln ones are soft button and are a bit the wrong size but will fit if the locating pins are cut). Adapting any other EATC requires at a minimum a face plate swap, and some can't be done at all. Also keep in mind the color of the illumination, which can be either annoying green or aqua depending on the year. Later than 1997 or so and the cars start getting a really green green due to studies on eye focusing distances etc.
