Well ill start up by posting pics of my wideband install.

I have yet to take it on a drive but it seemed really lean at idle. like 16:1-17:1 area. I would give it gas while parked and it would quickly drop to the 11:1 area. Im going to set the GoPro up and take video of the wideband at WOT to see what it reads but if it is hooked up correctly would running lean at idle hurt the motor? I should be only worried about WOT correct?

I don't remember exactly what mine runs at idle, but I know it is lean. With no load on the engine I would think your idle A/F is fine. As long as it drops quickly when you step on the gas.

I wouldnt say to worry ONLY about WOT, but as the load increases your A/F should richen up. 11:1 is more than safe. From what Ransom posted in one of my A/F question threads, the NA SHO motor makes the most torque at about 13:1.

Of course, if you are going to be spraying then you want it rich to be safe.

Most NA motors run best at 13:1. I aim for 12 - 12.5:1 in my car (11:1 for gas on the Suby, 7.6:1 on E85 [11.5:1 gas AFR]) .

Idle should be at 14.7(ish):1. Hook up your logger and see what is going on. There is a chance that it needs calibrated (I hate Innovate WB's) or you have a leak in the exhaust somewhere before the WBO2.

Ok Problem solved. I recalibrated it and let the motor warm up and everything is great! Ill post up some vids but Idle is anywhere from 14.3:1 to 15:1 and WOT is 12.7:1 to 13.5:1

I did a lot of reading before tuning Scott's atx. I found that most engines with aftermarket cams benefit from being a bit rich at idle. This helps smooth it out a bit.

Just a little thing that helped Scott daily drive it better.

Fine tuning injector offset will likely smooth out the cammed SHO's. Nothing we have for cams is that aggressive.
