Had it checked while it was running bad. And my weeks are consumed by 15hr work days so I'll have to check the codes this weekend.

It could actually be the fuel pump. Mine was fairly new, and I was having similar symptoms. Turns out the check valve in the pump was faulty (again, James aka St. Lous SHO helped me diagnose this..thank you). Replaced the pump, all is well.

Rain day! Decided to get after this problem instead of sleep in. Engine off test
From what I can tell 111 181 189 528 542. Engine running test gave me a 225 the first time then I did it again after the cylinder test and it gave me a 111.

Since you're getting lean codes, I'd be looking for a fuel delivery problem. Check the pressure at the rails when it's not running right.

There are a few possibilities. Weak fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, clogged injector(s), bad O2 sensor(s)... I'd recommend clearing the codes to see what comes back when/if the issue reappears.
