..none of the dang parts stores carry the correct T-stat for the car that has the CORRECT o-ring gasket? I developed a leak in the t-stat area, and was gonna change that out tomorrow, but I will have to bite the bullet and get one from the ford house on Monday. That is just stupid...sorry had to vent....

Just go to Ford.. Autozone sells one which looks like the "proper" style but they don't carry the gasket for it. Ford's thermostat, which many swear by is only $20 or something like that.

I work for O'reilly's and we carry the correct gaskets and stuff... My friend has a 91 MTX and i got the parts for him... exact same as what ford has just alot less...
