Are there any SHO gatherings in the DC area? Ill be in rockville, md for the next month with my black 90. Would be fun to have a little meet sometime.

Just joined SHO forum. Had the SHO for a year or so. I live in near the PA line in MD. Almost never see any SHO's except for the ones owned by people who don't know what they have.

Just beginning a club here in Roanoke VA ROANOKESHO@ yahoo.com I have seen plenty of SHO's here from GenI to III. Now just have to get em alltoghether. We have this show every Saturday evening, weather permitting, at this place called fast freddy's. All makes of cars show up from old original cobras to 07 honda si's Last time I was there I saw a 99? Gen III V-8 for sale at 8 grand. Mine is a "95 MTX 90000 miles. Have even seen a few wantabe Taurus's with SHO clothing. Drop a line and say hi Glenn H

I just bought a 95 MTX...I live in Falls Church, right at the Beltway & I-66. I'm down for a meet once I get my suspension taken care of (rusted coil springs).

Ross, Congrats on the purchase. I also own a '95 MTX. Suspensions all been redone on mine. Last failure was a broken lower ball joint on the left front while coming out of a s curve! Minimal damage except for my shorts! LOL. Since that I have had the entire suspension redone and inspected. New tires and now she corners like a champ.

Now I have to fix that dang fog light switch some idiot broke and crosswired, get a motor for the right front passenger window as the one in there now won't let the window up or down. I also want to replace the rigged stereo with an OEM unit and kick it up a notch but have all the OEM functions working like they should.

After that? I hope to stealth the body markings and paint her black and have a set of OEM wheels powder coated in gunmetal.

I love this car and do not care what anyone says although there are many like it this one is mine!

Next season hope to show the SHO at fast freddies in Salem Virginia, after a little detailing in the engine department.
