Who can do a 3.0 - 3.2 swap on a 94 MTX?

Been wanting a SHO for a while. Have a chance to get one, but the 3.0 is not in good shape (spun bearing) . The seller has a 3.2 engine for it.

Who can install it for me. Or help me with the install?!?
