hi everyone i'm new here. I just bought my 2nd sho and i am looking to go wild and build a turbo motor for her. It's a 91 3.0 mtx motor and i have a 95 3.2 atx parts car.

So with those in mind which platform is the better block to build for turbo application?

There is no replacement for displacement, even on a blown engine, so I would recommend building the 3.2. Now if you want to end up with it in a mtx car, then you may want to use the 3.0 heads and keep the 2-belt accessory drive system, but I much prefer the single belt and its automatic tensioner. If you want that in a mtx car, then you will need to make a custom front motor mount. There is a thread or two on here detailing how I did that.

On the other hand, I have always thought that a turbo motor is much better matched to an automatic transmission since you don't loose boost at shifting.
