This is a "matched set" ( ya right) one looks like a taurus caliper but the other?????? Any ideas?

from the looks of the pad, i would be willing to bet its a 93 caliper. (right)

as were the left is a 94-95.....

Your right, I found some pics online. Mine a 94 so that one was easy.

If only I lived in one of those places. A bunch of the work I have had to do or had done was because of rust. Rust has also caused unusaul problems too. Dang rust belt.:frown:

Being a life-long California resident I really had no idea that cars rusted out like they do in the mid-west and east coast. This forum was my first exposure to the fact that it happened. I'm used to going to j-yard with 15-20 year old cars that still have no rust.. I was astounded that a car only 10 years old would be rusting away.....

My stock front calipers still have the factory coating..and no rust....fyi. Oh, and the car has lived most of it's life outside of a garage. :)

Its no big deal, I picked them up for "cores" for nice new shiney ones.
