Whats broken on my sho? (video)

It looks like a motor mount, when i lift the throttle i can hear/fell it hit the hood.

now could it be the subframe or the motor mounts themselves?

Ive got aluminum subframe busings and re-enforced motor mounts.

Id say you have a bad front mount and an "on its way out" rear mount. Thats how my 94 was like before i did work on it. When i pulled the engine out, both mounts were just hanging there by a thread.

Maybe the bolt backed out? I dunno....

well, i had the bolt back out and leave the mount entirely. i have grade 8 bolts with lock washers, shake proof washers and lock tight. Now its tight but it still moves.
