I have a 93 atx
i ran the codes and are getting these
koeo-111,181,189,216
koer-116,129,167,225,332
balance test was getting 30 and 40
is there any of these codes that would make it idle rough at an idle and feel like it has no power at all. I have change the plugs and wires and they are on correctly and all vacumn hoses are on but it still idles like it has a miss and when floored it has no power and secondaries open early but it still seems to not pull at all.

Yes. To see the description of the codes, click on the links at the bottom of my signature and select the "3 digit codes" link near the top of the page on the first link. You also need to read the test procedures on the first page of either link to find out how to do the KOER test properly.

You have a large vacuum leak and a non-funcitonal EGR system. The EGR code could be due to plugged "nostrils," a vacuum hose missing from the EGR valve or a non-functional EGR valve. What else did you do the the engine besides plugs and wires?
