what size are the stock plug wires?

Just wondering what the stock size plug wires are? My 91 has some cheapo 7mm wires, and they seem to be smaller than stock. Are teh stock ones bigger? Could this be one reason for my SHO constantly missing at pretty much all rpms and running like crap?

The Motorcraft wires have a spiral wrap that allows them to fit securely in the clips. You can get the Motorcraft WR-4033 wires for $83.99 and the Motorcraft AGSP32PP plugs for $3.99 each from FordPartsNetwork.com . And yes, the plugs and wires are the primary source of engine misfires.

The stock and Motorcraft wires are 7mm. As stated above, the nylon spiral wrap makes it appear to be larger diameter.
