What other years of Taurus rims will work for the V8?

Well my factory rims on my 98 sho have had it. The chrome is peeling on the inside bad. They are all bubbling up on the face of the rim and i only have one rim that holds air lol. One of them drops about 20 pounds a day lol. so i was wondering what other taurus rims will bolt up to the sho? i know the factorys are 16x6.5 but will the 5 stars fit from the 2000-2007 taurus alloy rims...

What about the rims off a 2012 focus or a 2012 fusion. I love the five point 17s for the new focus their about my favorite rims right now other than those that are gonna be on the 2013 SHO.

Taurus's have a 5x108 bolt pattern.

That kind of limits you on wheel options.


Volvo wheels also fit.

They just have to be a minimum of a 16 due to the brakes.

Supposedly the 2012 Focus has a 5x108 bolt pattern, not sure on the offset though. The Fusion I don't know about.

Im in the same boat. Tire Rack has some nice 5 spoke 16 inch rims at not a real bad price. I looked at the place in Bath,PA that rechromes them and they are around $300 a piece. SO going aftermarket way here.

According to the info I have the new Focus does have a 5x108 bolt pattern and a 40mm offset. THAT WILL WORK! A new world of Ford rims that will fit on the Taurii is open!
