what kind of chip is this?

I aquired this from a gen1... not sure what kind of chip it is.

It has to be a old SCT with the sticker ripped off.

I dunno, but one of the pins in that Edac 30 pin card edge connector is missing. It may be that it was intentionally cut out by the maker of the board it connects to, but if it doesn't function properly that's probably why.
