What is this?

Comes from the very front of the engine bay, hanging over the radiator. I've spent hours looking in shop manuals for a clue, but have none... and my dog insistently wants to play. Time to ask for help!

I've got one of those I'm not sure, but I think it may be the thing that tells your airbags to go off. That's just a guess though.

Yup, that's the airbag sensor that goes above the radiator.

If it sits flat above the radiator, it is for the airbags...be CAREFUL with it! If it is in back of the radiator, driver's side, closer to the intake and set down a little, it is for the ABS. It sits vertically and has a wiring harness coming from it. But that looks like the airbag thing.

I think that's for the airbag, too.

The ABS module looks different IIRC.

Yup.

I think I removed 6 air bag sensors of the front of a 91.
