Well, I'm reviving this thread once again. I took the car to 2 different mechanics who really didn't want to dig into it. The one guy was suppose to be a sho specialist back in the day, but said he was too busy, and really didn't have the time to have it torn apart in his shop for a while.

On the way there, I got a couple codes though. 157, 189, and 211. I don't think I've seen the 211 with this problem though, but I'm probably just chasing my tail on these codes.
Any ideas? I may try replacing the injectors with some out of a loaner sho, but after that it's going into the Sho trader section on this forum.
you can check the injector function after removing the intake and pulling the connectors on the injectors. short the fuel pump to run constantly, hook the different colored wire to power and the same colored wire to ground. with a long enough stretch of small gauge wire you can run off of one of the connectors to the injectors in question and another run to a common ground.
