how do you go guys go about saying hi to another 4th GEN SHO owner?

do you wave like me or nod like this guy? do you honk the horn in a friendly manner?

when i had the RX8 it was shrug at the other guy/girl and maybe nod, never a wave...
with the WRX it was usually a wave?...

You live in Canada, a country I also lived in and admire, that probably will account for maybe 5-10% of any year's SHO sales if that much.

I would honk my horn, flash my lights and pound on the top of my roof to get the other SHO owners attention.

If the other owner turns out to be a dud, forget it but on the other hand you may have a good friend for the duration of your SHO ownership.

If I'm approaching I'll flash my brights and honk. I usually get the same back.

If I pass one in traffic, a quick double tap on the horn and a wave.

My passenger/ date is usually mortified afterwards.

haha. This happened to me the other day. Pulled up right next to another guy in the same SHO as mine (Tuxedo Black) I gave him the nod. He saw me and turned away and I thought.... how rude!
I want his SHO membership revoked! Can someone here help me with that please? ;)

I've found it best to Flip Off other SHO drivers, of ANY Gen, just to get their attn..
Then I smile and hold up a piece of cardboard that says "Just kidding, SHOForum.com

Awesome. One other SHO here I see thats Tux Black, he never looks over at me. Other 2010 Taurii I see are people that have company cars.

I figure some owners are like men, when you show up at a party wearing the same shirt, you laugh and high five. And some are like women that show up in the same dress, they want to leave and go change or just stay farrrrr away from each other.

I have no luck, anytime I pass by a sho is when I'm not in my sho, but my wagons. Now with the showagon I havn't been by another sho yet. I once saw a family at a gas station with a gen3 sho, but I was in my Sable so would look ackward talking to them. Not once when driving my gen3 sho around did I drive by or see another gen3. Gen3 sho's are not that much different then regular gen3's, so it is fun driving next to a regular gen3 and kicking there ass if there driving fast. Getting beat by the same car!

I generally don't wave at other SHO's when I drive my SHO because most of the time it's a beat POS with a chick driving who could care less about the car. I have gotten a wave here in NE, but I'm sure the other guy thought nothing of my car. With my Subaru, I get waved at all the time from other Subaru drivers (mostly WRX's and STi's).

Given the nature of the SHO (the new SHO), you're going to find an enthusiast or you're going to find someone who wanted luxury in their Taurus. I'm guessing the latter is the majority.

Wow, are you guys serious?

Ever since the new 2010 dropped, I've been getting all kinds of attention in the SHO. From other SHO owners (old and new) to people on the street to gas station attendants... it's sorta cool sometimes.
