all my friend taurus 94 95 sho and 2002 gl and even my old red sho 90 all my brake pedal where hard

but on this car my 94 gl (with a sho engine )wich i have the new master 2 front mustang gt caliper

2 rear 90 sho brake disk setup and stainless steel line

but my pedal his never hard it alway mushy

wich his really getting on my nerve any brake setup or rotor pad combo i use im not gettign a good brake feel

and last time when i wanted to bleed the system the 2 front caliper bleed bolt where seized so i only flushed the rear wich seem to have helped

but im still lost and tired off that setting

a friend told me that when i push the brake we can see the whole assemble move and the booster too and that it must be my firewall that too thin making my pedal work so so ????

any pointer here ?

or it just a bad master from the start just my luck

I really have no idea what car your talking about the first line you say all the cars are firm including your 90 the next line your saying there soft.
Soft pedal is usually from a leak, air in the system, bad flex lines, or a MC issue.

We figured you'd be able to understand the other Canadian, Marcel.

Benoit, you need to find a way to fully bleed the system.

I make fun of him on facebook sometimes - his posts are hard to read because English is his second language. Zach, when you first came here, your posts were just as easy to read.

The booster shouldn't be moving when you push the pedal. If it is significantly, that could be the issue. Is there fluid leaking from the back of the master cylinder, and down the booster?

Good point Paul, Mustang calipers are best to be swapped left to right on the Taurus, due to the clocking of them.

You will never get solid feel until the brakes are bled. Remove the broken/seized bleeder screws and replace with new ones. Air in the lines =spongy brakes.

Did you try heat on the bleeder screw? If you snap it off you can drill it out with a left handed bit.

It is best to bleed the brakes with a clear vinyl hose on the bleeder that goes into a container for your old fluid with the end submerged. The hose has to be airtight around the bleeder screw before loosening. This will prevent air from getting sucked back into the caliper when you are pumping the brake pedal.
