I have a 93 3.2l automatic trans. My waterpump went out and I bought a new one but have yet to put it on. After looking at the location, I was wondering if you had to take off the timing belt to get to the waterpump. Any help on how to do this job would be a big help, Thanks

Welcome to the forum. There is a wealth of knowledge to be found here. Yes, you do need to remove the timing belt to prevent coolant from getting on the belt. If unsure of the age of your timing belt, might as well replace it for $40. Can also do the Crank Position Sensor while there and a front oil seal for around $50 in parts. Look at Shotimes.com for help on this procedure.
