I have purchase parts from them before and never had a problem with them. This last May my Clutch when out in my car. I took it to the shop and they need a Motor Mount and a Clutch Cable. So I placed an order with RCM. The Clutch Cable showed up but NO MOTOR MOUNT. I have emailed the on two different emails and have not got a response from them. Does any one have an address or phone number? Just wanted to let everyone know before they buy future parts from RCM. Last Year I purchase 250 in parts from them and didn’t have any problem with them and wanted to continue my business with them. But now I am stuck with finding a front motor mount and out 169.64. So If :shappens: you plan to buy any parts from them please take my advise and don’t.

I had no problem with him... it seems to be either he takes care of you or leaves you in the dust... did he say anything about the part being on backorder... has he sent you any email?

I dunno... I just ordered some gaskets and rod bearings from him on Tuesday, and had a tracking number the same day.

Mark did say that he is having a problem with the PayPal account, in that he can't send out invoices properly, but he can receive them from the site. I don't know if the issues are related or not, but that may it part of it.

So far to date, across 4 orders totalling more than $500, I've never had even the slightest problem.

RCM kicks ass; great prices and fast shipping (in my case), but Ive noticed their communication could be better.

I have never had a problem with RCM. Here is an example. I ordered my rod and main bearings on thursday and they arrived on saturday. The rest of my order will be here soon. I will be ordering lots more from him like I have done in the past.

I had the same problem as you Bruce, it took over a MONTH to even get an email in return, saying they couldnt complete the order. it seems most people have good transactions with him, but every so often there's that bad one  even though i've heard so many positives, he'll never get my business simply because he couldnt return any of my emails to let me know what was going on.

seems like hit or miss with him, some people get their stuff right away, others don't get the stuff or emails.

Good luck. They will reply when they want to and send your parts if they want too. Hope you caught them on a good day!

a couple of months ago I bought rod bearings from RCM and was impressed with the careful packaging and fast delivery. My guess is that you are safe with standard stuff and at risk when you get off the beaten track.

I sent an email to cancel the order. I leave for active duty in a week. Chances are in a few weeks I'll get a call from home telling me it's here... :(

I would make a road trip to get things straight. He's outside of Pitt. which isn't around the corner from you, but you're close enough to make the drive for that item.
