Totally makes semse to me. If someone breaks into your home, they have given up any human rights. 00 buck through the chest, and I don't care if they had a "bad childhood".

On another topic, I picked up my new Charles Daly 12ga Tactical yesterday. Went to the Charles Daly site to register the warranty (http://www.charlesdaly.com/ ), and they went out of business yesterday!

Checked it out with snap caps and it seems to be A-OK for now.
