Rebuilt my custom harness at the two DIS connections where wires are supposed to be shielded. That was easy. However, been tracing shielded wires in the rest of my engine harness and wires the EVTM indicate should be shielded, aren't.

I checked another spare engine harness I have and it has the same "missing" shields on Y/LG wire between C126, C1034, & C156.
Is this typical? Why would it not follow the EVTM?

- PCM #36,24,56,16 - wires shielded - Check (from 6" off PCM connector to 3" off C126)
- Crank Pos Sensor - 3 wires shielded - Check
- DIS - 4 wires shielded - Check for #4 (GY), #7 (O/R) & #2 (LB), but #5 (Y/LG) to SPOUT #1 (between C156 & C1034) is not shielded.
