SuperHO has a good idea.
And use a rubber hammer.
The window channel is covered in a thin layer of rubber.
It may rip if using a plastic or steel hammer.

man that sucks, its rediculous when ppl steal from others especially when that person worked hard for what was stolen from them.

I had something along these lines happen to me. The person who broken into my car only took my faceplate off of my head unit, they didn't touch the binder of 300 CDs in the back seat, or the $1000 of stereo equipment in the trunk of the car. So i am with you wanting to know what causes a person to steal.

Yes, you can replace the track. Its all one piece. I was going to replace it when we did my passenger window last week, but mine wasn't as bad as yours. its the whole track that goes all the way to the bottom of the door.
