My car has been collecting dust and cat prints for the past 2 months with only a few trips here and there for diag or move the fluids. I cant tell if its a turbo making the noise or the PTU, I also cant catch a break long enough to look. the last 2 weeks I have had issues with my truck, issues with my wifes car, issues with my house plumbing (please dont ask, 8 really sh!tty hours gone forever), emergency dental surgery, 3D printing obligations, plus the wonders of yard work and being a father. I haven't had much time to mess with my car at all, I had to take it to get parts for my truck this past weekend and I was in a mood and wasnt nice about it. I MISS MY CAR, point and shoot, the thing says yessir. so since my truck has decided to deny its drinking problem and double down on me (went from 14.5mpg to 12.5, still hunting that oddity) and 3 more dental surgeries coming up in my family, I have decided to work it into the commute a few days a week. monitor the noise, see if it gets any worse, etc.

Today was day one, and it was like falling in love all over, just casual passing in comfort. I caught up to a black Camaro with a wing (am I the only one that thinks Batman when they see a Camaro?) Tag said "Thman", yeah, thought for sure he was full of himself enough to try me when I went around him, and I was right, except Thman was severely out gunned, by the time he cut in behind me I was 3 cars on him and climbing, he laid into it but I watched him give up when I had a football field between us. It still blows my mind that by todays standards and with all the cars on the market in the past 15 years these rank low on the spectrum of what people consider fast, and yet they chew up half the field. I HAVE to do the RDU and turbo inspection this weekend, but man am I glad to be back in the saddle of this thing.

I know... that doesnt help when you come back from 51-72 degree days
Landing in Florida as a kid always felt like the end of Total Recall, Its hot and there's not oxygen, the guys in Hawaiian shirts at the end of the terminal playing steel drums like paradise awaits aren't fooling me.

No matter how much I get done over the winter I always end up with too much to do over summer.
