Unfortunatley you can't get them direct, only resellers. Your best bet would be from me as my work is a dealer.
A pack of 5 shims cost me 11.90
They sell a kit which includes 2 of each:2.300, 2.400, 2.500, 2.550, 2.600, 2.700, 2.800, 2.900, 3.000, 3.100. This kit with a box cost me 66.10.

By the way Scott, did I send you the right o-rings for your injecters? How did it work out?

Could you be so kind to post the part # or #'s that you are ordering from parts-unlimited for the valve shims? My friend owns a motorcylce shop and can get me the shims. Thanks, William[/QB]

Sure, I'll get them for you monday night. There are some sizes I can get that weren't posted so I'll post every size and part number available on Monday night.

Jason, you did a GREAT job! I'm impressed! Too bad I didn't know about the shims until now...I'm getting my shims replaced next weekend. I'm getting mine from Josh T. I've got a problem with CincySHO's customer service.

By the way, the bottle and mount and new screws showed up today! Thank you VERY MUCH!! When I first took the bottle out I was like...uh oh...cause it was so long. I never realized it was so dang big! So I went and looked and it's perfect. Unfortunately it's pouring outside otherwise I'd be out there replacing the old one right now.

I'm sorry, I've been soo busy between work and my car that I keep forgetting. I will absolutely get it tomorrow and post it. These are the sizes though....I already received a bunch for a few other Sho's here.

Part numbers for the shims? Here they are. The part numbers given replace the "x" suffix on the general part number, E9DZ-6515-x. Sizes above 2.675mm are no longer available from Ford. You can get these through Yamaha dealers or some of the members of the Forum. The part numbers shown for the 2.700mm and 2.750mm shims are the Parts Unlimited part numbers through Yamaha.
