Im starting to buckle down and round up all the parts needed to pull off the intake, valve covers, and sparkplugs. All I need are the $98 spark plug wires which I will be picking up next week.
Ok, now what are coil packs? Does the SHO motor have them? I know DIS stands for Distributorless Igition System, but I dont know what that means. Are there any replacable parts where the sparkplug wires connect to on that black box forward of the thermostat housing? If you don't know what I mean look at the pic in my sig.
What I wanna know is, what is the SHO equivalent to doing a distributor cap, rotor, plugs, wires on a chevy/ford/dodge small block????
