Upper 60: valve adjustment kit rental

Hi all,
Time for an upper 60 on my '95 MTX.
Is there a rental kit available with tools and shims? I recall the Phoenix Project had one, but when I click on the hotlink I get sent to internet limbo.

sho source has them, and i think a few others have them aswell but cant recall who for the life of me
