yes. If you're talking about installing the 3.2 into your car, it will once the rear exhaust manifold has been replaced with a 3.0 to remove the EGR system.

o wait, no i am getting a 3.2 with out i upper intake ( i think with out) but will the 3.0 one from my car fit on the 3.2?

Im just going to re-word what erik said.

the difference between the 3.2 and 3.0 intake are that the 3.2 intake has a hook up for the EGR tube that runs from the exhaust manifold to the intake for emissions control.

SO, if your putting the 3.2 block into your MTX car. Switch the manifolds to those from your 3.0 and youll be fine with a 3.0 intake.
