When I datalog with tweecer the tuner shows HEGO2 switching but HEGO1 remains dead. Also, the KAMRF 1 shows 2.500 (or something close) and KAMRF 2 shows it changing appropriately. What gives? I replaced these sensors back in August. Could one be bad? I am not seeing anywhere in scalors where it could accidently be turned off.

There is nothing wrong with your HEGOs. The strange readings you are seeing are the result of improper mapping to the wrong areas of the factory D4U1 code, a well-known problem which will be fixed with the next software upgrade. ;)

I get the same using the sneec datalogger and a 93 PCM (HZ1 or whatever the heck the non D4U1 ATX unit is)
