HiD to halogen....

I made the switch to halogen before joining this forum and tbh I joined so I could try and figure out how to get them working. Of course parking and turn, but realized with dismay it wasn't as simple as I thought. My son works for Ford and I was told I may be able to use Forscan to change the outputs over to halogen. Is this known correct or horse puckey? I also have access to HP Tuners to do some tuning later, will this do it as well? They're already installed and look sweet af, tbh I hated the HID replacements available so I'm keeping these, so I just need them to work. Thanks in advance guys.
